COTA Board of Directors
The Board of Directors administers the By-Laws, Standing Orders, Rules and Regulations, and resolutions of the Board. Board members are volunteers and do not receive any compensation for their time, with the exception of the Executive Director, the Local League Coordinator and the Junior Team Tennis Coordinator. The Board may be composed of officers (President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer,) members at large, county representatives, junior team tennis liaison, and a local league coordinator.

COTA's Local League Committee
The Adult League Committee is chaired by the LLC, and composed of all Program Coordinators (e.g. Mixed, Combo. etc), up to two additional members appointed by the LLC when she/he deems it necessary, and a Board appointed tennis professional, who serves in an ex officio capacity. The League Committee supports the LLC in all matters relating to adult league play, reviews COTA Adult League Rules and Regulations, and makes recommendations for any changes to league play to the Board for approval.
